Eugenics
Eugenics is the science of improving a population by controlled breeding to increase the occurrence of desirable heritable characteristics. Eugenics can help eliminate genetic diseases, reduce personality disorders and increase intelligence via human biotechnology. Hitler gave eugenics a bad name, but the modern objectives are actually highly desirable. Time to reconsider.
- Human intelligence is largely hereditary (80% by adulthood).
- Civilization depends totally upon innate intelligence (without it, we'd still be animals). A small increase in mean intelligence leads to a large reduction in crime.
- The higher the level of civilization, the better off the population (how many Westerners seek asylym in Africa?).
- At the present time in the West, we are evolving to become less intelligent with each new generation (stupid people have more children).
- Unless we halt or reverse this trend, our civilization will invariably decline.
